Oksana Joins Cool Green Fashion For
Forests as Spokesperson

internationally acclaimed composer and pianist, has joined
Cool Green in 2008 as a spokesperson for Cool Green Fashion
For Forests - the multi-designer eco-fashion shows which
benefit reforesting initiatives while providing eco-awareness
in the fashion industry. As a Cool Green spokesperson, Oksana
also will take part in public appearances to raise awareness
of what communities can do locally to reduce their environmental
footprint through "greening" projects and reforesting.
Cool Green finds Oksana inspirational.
Her integrity, international reach, ability to touch and
elevate others through her artistry, and her passion for
connecting with others globally to make a difference are
the perfect combination for Cool Green. In addition to actively
seeking ways to improve the lives of others and supporting
environmental remediation, Oksana is currently collaborating
with several international artists and has begun a school
of music. Recently, the celebrated Italian singer Silvia
Vicinelli and Oksana announced their collaboration resulting
in a ground-breaking new song entitled "Aurora."
Displaying remarkable talent and passion
for classical piano since age five in her native Siberia,
Russia. Oksana moved to the U.S. several years ago. She
has found unique success crossing classical music with mainstream
entertainment, which has garnered her a fan base that exends
across the globe.

Oksana's worldwide recognition has landed her spots on
the news and television such as CBS 2 News in Los Angeles,
PBS national, and HSN, among others. She has performed overseas
for the U.S. troops, and when Oksana is not on tour, she
performs in Los Angeles where she settled after becoming
a U.S. citizen. Many Angelenos, as well as visitors to the
region, know about this extraordinarily beautiful artist
from her regular performances at Hilton Universal, Sheraton
Universal and the Beverly Hills Hotel.

"My love for nature runs through my veins, and I want
to do everything I can to preserve the beauty and splendor
of this planet. I am honored to be a spokesperson for Cool
Green. They are working hard to send a strong message of
how we can help the environment," says Oksana.

am also looking forward to getting my hands dirty and planting

Oksana is donating to Cool Green 50% of the profits from

CDs for Trees" (in column to right).
